You may use Hammertask to query the basic information of the work orders for which you are responsible, and to filter and view them. The specific services you receive from Hammertask may vary depending on the version and device you use. If certain versions or devices do not support some services or do not provide certain features (for example: some versions do not support login, in which case we may not be able to provide you with third-party services and other features that require login), you may not be able to use those services. You can access our products and services in various ways, including through the Hammertask PC client.
This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, how we process it, and how we protect it. This Policy constitutes the complete agreement between both parties regarding the processing of your information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and use the Hammertask services only after fully understanding and agreeing to it. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please immediately stop using the services.
Please note that third parties who provide products and services to you via Hammertask, website operators that you access through Hammertask, and third parties who receive your information and provide you services via the Hammertask PC client will store, use, process and protect your personal information according to the standards described in their own privacy policies. Any disputes, disagreements or losses arising from your use of third-party services should be directly resolved with the respective third parties; Hammertask assumes no joint or secondary liability in this regard. This Privacy Policy cannot replace the privacy policies of those third parties. We will use reasonable efforts to require third-party service providers to provide a sufficient level of security for your personal information, and will clearly inform you on the specific product page if a service is provided by a particular third party. For data processing activities based on third-party services, please refer to and comply with the privacy policy of the respective third party. We do not assume responsibility for the processing of personal information by those third parties.

Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific individual alone or in combination with other information, or that can reflect the activities of a specific individual. Information not related to you personally (for example, map data) is not considered your personal information.
In order to provide you with better and more personalized products and services, when you use the following services, features, or settings, we may collect and use your personal information in the following ways:
1. Core business functions. Core business functions for which you directly provide personal information and which we automatically collect (including but not limited to location-based services), as well as any third-party services necessary for those core functions, such as mapping services provided by third parties.

9. Registration Information.
You may use Hammertask services by logging in with a Hammertask General account registered through our backend management system. We will collect information from your registered account, including your name, account (username), phone number, and other information. If you do not provide the above information or if the information provided is incorrect, you may not be able to obtain the relevant services or features, or you may not achieve the intended results of those services. If you have any questions about our collection or use of your sensitive personal information, you may contact our service staff directly or use the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy to reach us.
10. Location Information.
When you enable location services on your device and use our location-based services, we will collect location information so that you can access the services without manually inputting your geographic coordinates. We use various location technologies, including IP address, GPS, and other sensors that can provide relevant information (for example, we may provide Hammertask with information about nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points, and cell towers). You can stop us from collecting your geographic location information by disabling location services in your device settings, but in that case you may be unable to use related services or features or achieve the expected outcomes of those services.
11. Exceptions to Prior Authorization and Consent:
(1) Please note that prior authorized consent is not required for the collection and use of personal information in the following cases:
a) Directly related to national security or national defense security;
b) directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interest;
c) directly related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments, etc;
d) for the purpose of safeguarding your or other individuals' life, property and other significant legitimate rights and interests but where it is difficult to obtain your consent
e) The personal information collected is disclosed by you to the public on your own;
f) Where personal information is collected from information that is lawfully and publicly disclosed, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
g) necessary to provide products or services to you at your request
h) necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as the discovery and disposal of product or service failures
i) Other circumstances as provided by laws and regulations.
12. Information You Voluntarily Share. Hammertask cannot develop without the collective efforts of all users. Thank you for your contributions to Hammertask in data updates and product suggestion feedback. 13. Exceptions to Prior Consent for Sharing, Transferring, or Publicly Disclosing Personal Information: In the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing personal information does not require the personal information subject’s prior authorization and consent:
(1)Directly related to national security or national defense security;
(2)Directly related to public security, public health, and significant public interests;
(3)Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(4)Necessary to protect the life, property, or other significant legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or others when obtaining consent is difficult; personal information of the personal information subject that has been made public to the public; or personal information collected from legally public sources (such as lawfully published news reports, government information disclosures, etc.)
(5)Other circumstances as required by law and regulations.
1. Retention Period. To enable you to use Hammertask’s various products and services effectively and to handle any disputes that may arise, in addition to complying with the data retention requirements mandated by the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, we will retain your personal information for the duration of your use of Hammertask’s services and during the statutory period for asserting any related rights. After the above period, we will delete your information or anonymize it (i.e., process it so that no third party can identify you). The storage, transfer and use of related data in compliance with lawful requests by judicial or governmental authorities shall not be deemed a breach of this Privacy Policy.
2. Storage Location. Your personal information is stored within the territory of the People’s Republic of China. If cross-border transfer is required, we will obtain your separate authorization and consent.
3. Use of Your Personal Information. You authorize us to use your personal information during your use of Hammertask’s products and services. If you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete your personal information.
4. Other Purposes. If we intend to use your information for purposes not specified in this Privacy Policy, we will seek your consent in advance. If we intend to use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will also obtain your consent.
5. Security Measures.
(1) We place great importance on information security. We have established a dedicated team responsible for various security technologies and procedures. We will conduct background checks on those responsible for security management and on key security positions, and have established a comprehensive information security management system and internal security incident response mechanism. We will adopt security protection measures and technical means that comply with industry standards to store and protect your personal information, to prevent your information from being lost, accessed without authorization, disclosed, used, destroyed, or leaked. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. We will use encryption technologies to ensure data confidentiality, and use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on data.
(2) We will provide data security awareness and capability training and assessments to our employees to reinforce their understanding of the importance of protecting personal information. We will authenticate and control the identity of employees who process personal information, and will sign confidentiality agreements with employees and partners who are authorized to access your personal information. These agreements will specify duties and codes of conduct, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access personal information. If any confidentiality agreement is violated, we will immediately terminate cooperation with that employee or partner and pursue relevant legal liability. We will also impose confidentiality obligations on personnel who had access to personal information after leaving the company.
(3) We remind you that the Internet is not an absolutely secure environment. When you interact with or track your location through third-party applications embedded in the Hammertask app, we cannot guarantee that the third-party software has fully encrypted the transmission of information. Therefore, please be cautious to ensure the security of your personal information. We do not assume any guarantee for the security measures of any third-party software.
(4) We also ask you to understand that in the Internet industry, due to technical limitations and rapid development, and the possibility of various malicious attacks (including but not limited to government data security reviews, administrative orders, basic telecommunications operator system failures, anomalies in Internet infrastructure, major cybersecurity incidents, etc.), even if we make our best efforts to strengthen security measures, we cannot guarantee the security of your information at all times. We will not assume responsibility for losses caused by such force majeure or unpredictable risk events. Please understand that your system and communications networks used to access our products and/or services may have security issues at points outside our control.
According to our security management system, leakage, damage or loss of personal information is classified as the most serious security incident. Once it occurs, we will activate the company’s highest-level emergency plan, and a joint emergency response team composed of the Security Department, Government Relations Department, Legal Department, and other departments will be assembled to handle it.
6. Security Incident Notification.
(1) We will formulate a cybersecurity incident emergency response plan and promptly address security risks such as system vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions. Once a network security incident occurs, we will immediately activate the emergency response plan, take appropriate remedial measures, and report to the relevant authorities as required.
(2) The leakage, damage or loss of personal information is considered a company-level major security incident. We will be responsible for regularly organizing working group members to conduct emergency drills to prevent such security incidents. If such an incident unfortunately occurs, we will immediately activate the emergency plan at the highest priority and form an emergency response team to investigate the cause and minimize the damage in the shortest possible time.
(3) If a personal information security incident unfortunately occurs, we will, in accordance with laws and regulations, promptly inform you of: the basic situation of the incident and its possible impact, the remedial measures we have taken or will take, and suggestions for you to prevent or mitigate the risk; as well as any remedial measures available to you. We will use the contact information you provided (such as in-app notifications, SMS, phone, email, etc.) to notify you of the incident in a timely manner. If it is impractical to notify each individual separately, we will notify you through reasonable and effective means, such as posting announcements on our official website, WeChat public account, or other public channels. At the same time, we will proactively report the handling of personal information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required.
In accordance with relevant laws, regulations and standards in China, as well as common practices in other countries and regions, we protect your rights to exercise the following rights with respect to your personal information:
1. Access Right.
In principle, you can access your personal information and account information by the following methods: you can contact an administrator to log in and access or edit the personal information in your account, change your password, add security information, link accounts, etc.
2. Right to Correction.
If you find that the personal information we process about you is incorrect, you have the right to correct or update the incorrect or incomplete information after verifying your identity. If the correction does not affect the objectivity and accuracy of the information, you can contact the administrator to correct your personal information, or you can submit your correction request to us through feedback or error reports.
3. Right to Deletion.
You may request that we delete your personal information under the following circumstances:
(1) If we terminate the operation and services of the software;
(2) If you have canceled your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information;
(3) If it involves trade secrets:
- If we have collected, used, shared, or transferred your personal information in violation of applicable laws, regulations or our agreement with you, you have the right to request that we and any third parties delete such information;
-If we have publicly disclosed your personal information in violation of applicable laws, regulations or our agreement with you, you have the right to require us to immediately cease such disclosure and to notify the relevant recipients to delete the corresponding information.
-If we decide to comply with your deletion request, we will also notify any entities that have obtained your personal information and request that they promptly delete such information, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or unless those entities have obtained your separate authorization. We will make reasonable efforts to notify third parties, but we will not be liable if any third party fails to delete the information. When you delete information from our services, it may not be immediately removed from our backup systems, but it will be deleted when the backup systems are updated.
4. Right to Withdraw Consent.
Each service feature requires some personal information to function. You may grant or withdraw your consent to the collection and use of your personal information at any time. If you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will be unable to continue providing the corresponding services to you and will stop processing the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the lawfulness of any processing that was completed before your withdrawal.
5. Right to Prior Notice of Discontinuation of Services.
If Hammertask’s products and services are forced to cease operation due to special circumstances, we will announce the discontinuation through the product interface, stop collecting your personal information, and delete or anonymize any personal information we hold in accordance with legal requirements. We will also delete or anonymize any other personal information about you that we hold. For security reasons, you may need to submit a written request or otherwise verify your identity. Before processing your request, we may ask you to confirm your identity. We will respond within 30 days. In principle, we will not charge for a reasonable request. However, for repeated requests that exceed a reasonable limit, we may charge a reasonable fee. We may refuse requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical measures (for example, requiring the development of new systems or fundamental changes to current practices), infringe upon the legal rights of others, or are otherwise unrealistic.
6. Situations Where We Cannot Comply. If we are unable to comply with your correction, deletion or cancellation request as required by law, we will not refuse outright but will inform you of the reasons through reasonable means. However, in the following situations, we will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations:
7. (1) Directly related to national security or national defense security;
8. (2) Directly related to public security, public health and significant public interests;
9. (3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;
10. (4) Where there is evidence of subjective malice or abuse of rights (for example, requests that could endanger public security and the legitimate rights and interests of others, or requests that go beyond normal technical means and commercial cost coverage);
11. (5) Complying with the request would seriously endanger the legitimate rights and interests of you or others;
12. (6) Involving commercial secrets.
Our Privacy Policy may change. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any changes to this Privacy Policy on this page.
Changes to this Privacy Policy will be notified to you by announcements on the Hammertask official website, which will be considered effective notice to users without the need for separate individual notification.
If changes reduce your rights or increase your obligations (a "material change"), we will notify you on the public page of the product or service, or by letter, email or other appropriate contact. The changes will take effect 30 days after the notice is posted. If you continue to use Hammertask services after the new Privacy Policy and Terms of Service become effective, it means you have fully read and agree to be bound by the updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these changes, you may stop using Hammertask’s products and services.
The scope of this Policy includes, but is not limited to:
1. Major changes in our service model, such as changes in the purposes of processing personal information, types of personal information processed, or the ways personal information is used.
2. Major changes in our ownership or organizational structure due to reasons such as business restructuring, bankruptcy, merger, etc. In such cases, Hammertask has the right to transfer user information to the successor. The successor shall continue to fulfill the relevant obligations under this Policy, and Hammertask will no longer bear subsequent responsibilities.
3. Changes in the main recipients of shared, transferred, or publicly disclosed personal information.
4. Significant changes to your rights in personal information processing and how you exercise those rights.
5. Changes in our contact information and complaint channels when the department responsible for personal information security changes.
6. When a personal information security impact assessment report indicates a high risk.
